AssuredPartners Settles Two Pending Lawsuits with Former Employees

LAKE MARY, FL – September 9, 2020 – AssuredPartners, Inc. today announced the settlement of two lawsuits currently pending in Delaware between one of its affiliates, AssuredPartners of Virginia, LLC, and two former employees, Patrick Sheehan and Mark Sheehan.
All parties deny the allegations raised against them in the two lawsuits, but have decided to enter into a confidential settlement agreement to avoid the further costs and expenses of litigation. As part of the global settlement of both lawsuits, the Sheehans made a payment of an undisclosed amount to AssuredPartners.
