As Agency President, Mike leads the Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits teams for the Hartford, CT office. His passion and mission are the same: to lead and inspire others to accomplish more than they have ever dreamed of doing. His early experience as a producer for a national insurance broker helped him understand how difficult it is to develop a large book of business, and after becoming more successful as a producer, he transitioned into leading offices. This is where he found his passion for helping others find success and grow as individuals.
