AssuredPartners Announces Promotion of Scott Mayer

ORLANDO, FL – October 25, 2022 – AssuredPartners (AP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Mayer to Senior Vice President, Operational Data & Analytics. Scott will focus on strategic process optimization and innovation as it relates to data, thus supporting continued growth across the organization. His role is effective November 1, 2022.

Scott joined AP through the 2015 acquisition of WorkforceTactix, Inc. in Hunt Valley, MD, where he began as an Employee Benefits Consultant. Most recently, Scott served the AP Employee Benefits vertical as Vice President, Healthcare Strategy. This new role will allow him to apply his vast data analysis expertise to implement advanced strategies aimed at improving outcomes, making significant impact on a national level. “As such a large, diverse organization, AssuredPartners has an extraordinary amount of data available to us. Creating more meaningful use of that data is something I’m really excited about. I hope to build a greater sense of unity across the company through improved access to information and insights,” said Scott.

In his new role, Scott will work closely with Chief Operating Officer of Retail, Joe Guercio. “Scott is a natural choice for this opportunity as he has been diligently working and helping others succeed as an integral member of our Employee Benefits team. His enthusiasm for the industry is evident through his work and the remarkable relationships he has built. We are pleased to have him continue his journey with AssuredPartners,” said Guercio.
